6. The good? The teacher is dedicated. He brought his personal printer. Students appeared to be safe.
7. Problems . . .yes No discipline with the students. The projector broke down. There is no computer lab at the school. Few teachers owned computers. The only technology that was used was cell phones . . .for other reason
8. Fix the budget, fix the problem? There isn’t a lot I know about the Department of education and its affairs, but I would start by doing a serious background check on what and how the money is being spent. My job would be to NOT dismiss any teachers but in order to keep them all there may be some reduction on their pay. . .such is life I agree with Roy aka Dito on the plan that required a to hold a certain amount of money every year, as long as it doesn’t affect student’s process of learning.
