Our teams are filled with super-humans. They bring superpowers with them to work every day, yet most aren't showing them off. Many don't even realize they have them. And if they do, they don't know how to grow them. If we're the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with, then we better fill our teams with people who live up to their full potential. And give them the ability to do so.

Take a look at your hiring process. Was it created in 1952 and updated in the Internet age? Are you still writing job descriptions that make you yawn? Let's throw out the rules and find your own process that fits the kinds of humans you really want in your organization. We'll dream big, but also keep it in the parameters of your brand.

I'll show you my out-of-the-box hiring processes, video applications from actual employees, and questions I ask in order to make sure they fit the culture perfectly. You'll have time to chat with your colleagues, brainstorm what will fit your team, and create a to-do list of things to review as soon as you're back at the office.
