Glossary of terms Matching Bonus: Bonus earned based on the Team Bonus earned by your personally sponsored and their personally sponsored team members Reverse Matching Bonus: Bonus earned based on the Team Bonus earned by your sponsor and his/her sponsor up to 7 uplines. Earning Cap: Maximum limit of weekly earning Lesser team: The team which has lesser BVs as compared to the other Level 1: You personally sponsored members are your Level 1 Level 2: Members who are Personally sponsored by your personally sponsored members are your Level 2 Career Awards: LEO members achieve several awards by building their career with LEO Rank Award: On achieving higher ranks LEO awards its members with attractive awards National Profit-share Award: On achieving the rank of National Marketing Director you start taking share in the 5% National Profit-share pool. Regional Profit-share Award: On achieving the rank of Regional Marketing Director you start taking share in the 2% Regional Profit-share pool. Global Profit-share Award: On achieving the rank of Global Marketing Director you start taking share in the 1% Global Profit-share pool.

Glossary of terms Lion Pin: Each member receive a LEO branded lapel pin as a recognition Entrepreneur Awards: LEO has designed these awards for the members to help them start their own business in the real world. Business Ownership Award (BOA): This award provides initial investment into our members’ businesses. Fast Start Award: This award is to reward those members who start their LEO business with great enthusiasm and speed. Seed Award: This award provides our members with the seed money they need to help start their own business. Lion Award: Once our members achieve their Business Ownership Award, Fast Start Award and Seed Award and are ready to start their own business they can present their business idea to LEO board for Lion Award. This award is given on the merit basis of how well written the business plan is and what is the potential of the business idea.
