  1. 1. Professional profile Mirek Rzadkowski has 29 years professional experience with computer software and hardware. It includes the last 20 years of highly successful customer IT projects with strategic software delivery process and tool deployments and implementations. From 2004 to 2008 while with Agitar Software, Mirek worked alongside Kent Beck, consulting to clients across Asia Pacific in the field of developer testing of J2EE applications and Continuous Integration and Deployment. Since the end of 2008 in the role of the Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Rational, Mirek worked with clients across Asia Pacific (Japan, China, Hong Kong), Australia and New Zealand helping with software and system delivery process improvements and successful tool implementations of the latest modern tooling solutions from IBM based on the Jazz platform and architecture.
