The book outlines a method of weight loss that resultsin improved sugar levels for diabetics, improved cholesterol levels, and more energy.Several patients in our clinic have had excellent results using this method.Now for the pearls of the week---Riboflavin 400 mg once a day was effective in reducing the number of migraines permonth from 3.83 to less than 2 in this study of 80 patients; the number needed to treatwas 2.8 for a 50% reduction in attack frequency.
