  3. 3. Who came?
  4. 4. The Young
  5. 5. Four children stood in front of a statue along the parade route, waiving flags and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. As groups of marchers stopped, they either listened or joined in. Cheers always ended the pledge, only to begin again when a new set of marchers stopped, joined in, and cheered. I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands: one Nation under God, indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for all.
