Digital Art <ul><li>Digital art is art that utilizes digital technology to create a range of artistic works. </li></ul><ul><li>Digital art is used extensively by advertisers in media and has also gained a growing acceptance in other artistic genres like painting and illustration. </li></ul><ul><li>Digital art can be purely computer generated in programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or it can be a mix of traditional art techniques and computer software. </li></ul>

  3. 4. Advantages <ul><li>-Art can be reworked over and over again. </li></ul><ul><li>-Digital art works well for commercial art and illustration because art is cleaner and easier to reproduce. </li></ul>
  4. 5. Disadvantages <ul><li>Some people think that if art is not created using traditional tools then it can not be considered as true art. </li></ul><ul><li>There is no real hard copy. Digital art is primarily for printing and websites. </li></ul><ul><li>Digital art is often stockpiled and reused many times for different projects. This creates less work for artists. </li></ul>
