  4. 4. Do not drinkteaafter a meal as tealeavescontain a highcontent of acid. Thissubstancewillcausethe protein content in thefoodweconsumeto be hardened ; making it difficulttodigest. <br />
  5. 5. Do not loosenyourbeltaftereating.Looseningthebeltafter a meal can causeintestinalproblems.<br />
  6. 6. Do not batheaftereating.Bathingwillcausetheincrease of bloodflowtothehands,legs,and body therebycausingtheamount of bloodaroundthestomachtodecrease. Thiswillweakenthedigestivesystem in ourstomach.<br />
  7. 7. Do not walkafter a meal eventhoughyouhaveheardpeople say thatafter a meal, walking a hundredstepswillmakeyoulivetill 99. Walkingimmediatelyafter a meal willmake it difficultforthedigestivesystemtoabsorbthenutritionfromthefoodweeat. Wait at least an hourafteryour meal andthenwalkifyouwantto.<br />
