  4. 4. Example : AIMEnet <ul><li>The HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Network is for members to ask questions and seek advice regarding M&E of HIV/AIDS programs. More than 1,000 members from more than 85 countries now subscribe to AIMEnet. Members are from global-level organizations, grassroots NGOs, donor agency headquarters, ministries of health, national AIDS coordinating bodies, research institutions, and universities. </li></ul>
