  22. 24. “ You Suck if you Drink and Drive.”
  23. 25. The following posters were created by myself to demonstrate the power of simplicity in using words to effectively communicate a message across to the reader. In sample #1 , it was my intention to showcase with minimal design functions a “drink-driving” public safety message. I felt that the use overuse of gory graphics to inform the dangers of drink-driving had already reached it’s peak performance in reaching out to the masses. Yet, drivers continue to throw caution to the wind by ignoring danger at its heels. Perhaps, a softer and more subtle approach might reach the subconscious mind (a place where all threats are taken seriously)
