What coaching is?  Cooperation, that helps clients to reach real results in your personal and professional life.  On every session client chooses the topic of conversation, coach listens and asks questions and gives his observations. Such interaction clarifies situation and encourages client to act.  Coaching makes process of client’s self-development faster, gives him a bigger choice. Main attention in coaching is directed on the moment client is in and what he wants to do in order to come where he wants to be tomorrow.* Difference between coaching, consulting and mentorship: Consultant- tell you «how to do it», but he is not from your organization Mentor – gives advice, he is from the same organization, has an experience in the same field and is a role model for staff workers. *International coaching federation www.coachfederation.org
