INTENDED AUDIENCE AND COURSE DESCRIPTIONThis course is a comprehensive program for family physicians, general internists, physician assistants,nurse practitioners and registered nurses that practice primary care medicine. It consists of lectures,discussions, and workshops on topics of general interest in various areas of medicine. Attendees areencouraged to bring their laptops to the meeting to view the syllabus on the flash drive.CREDITCollege of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, is accredited by the Accreditation Council for ContinuingMedical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, designates this live activity for a maximum of 28.25 AMA PRACategory 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of theirparticipation in the activity.AAFP - Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of FamilyPhysicians.
