  11. 11. Wednesday Administrators’ Preconference: Intended audience is Associate Member Administrators of ADFM. Wednesday Morning ADFM Fellows’ Sessions: Intended audience is 2013-2014 and 201415 ADFM Fellows only. Wednesday Afternoon Senior Leaders’ Preconference: Intended audience is Senior Leaders who are attending the ADFM Winter meeting with their respective Chairs. Wednesday Afternoon New Chairs’ Preconference: Intended audience is interim and early career (3-5 or fewer years) Chairs. Current (2013-14 and 2014-15) ADFM Fellows are also invited to join. Wednesday evening dine-around: We will form groups to dine together at local restaurants as a way to increase networking within peer groups. Friday evening Building Resilience workshop/dinner will be an interactive session focused on building resilience and avoiding burnout and is designed for all interested Chairs, Administrators, ADFM Fellows and Senior Leaders at any point in their careers. Saturday Senior Leaders' lunch is an opportunity for those attending the Senior Leader preconference to continue networking and to discuss what has been learned at the conference.
