FORCE 14 – 7 June 2013From the Desk of the Reserve FORCE Master Chief:Greeting Shipmates, just a few notes that I wish to share with you this week, firstis to cover what MCPON Steven’s calls “Zeroing in on Excellence”. This conceptsounds simple but in reality it requires constant action on our part. The three elements he cites to help us zero in are: Developing Leaders, GoodOrder and Discipline and Controlling what you Own. If we practice these and thenshare them with those within our circle of influence we all can “Zero in onExcellence”.The second item to discuss is Sexual Assaults. Let’s be clear on this, SexualAssault is a crime, and there is no place for it in our Military. Using the MCPON’sthree tools to “Zero in on Excellence” will go a long way in helping us to do awaywith sexual assault in our Navy.FORCM Out and about:Attended the Change of Command and conducted a Town hall at NOSC NewHampshire.
