This is a state of the art devise but does not support two lines. Only one line can be configured on these phones. In India there is a law forbidding the use of the same PBX for both TDM and VOIP calls and therefore both calls need to be diverted through two different partitions of Call Manager. To this aspect as these are conference stations the users need to be given the option through the phone to dial both PSTN & VOIP calls, which is not feasible through a single line phone. </li></ul><ul><li>Solution Offered: Parsec offered CTS its Phone splitter solution to take care of the need to configure two separate lines in a single line phone.
