  2. 2. A GOOD LEADER …<br />
  3. 3. They are not alone.<br />Truly great leaders believe in Someone greater that themselves.<br />Prayer is not the way out it is a way through.<br />SEEK THE GUIDANCE OF GOD<br />
  4. 4. Affirmative, leaders make everyone feel valuable, leaders are the first to recognize the achievement of others.<br />IS AFFIRMATIVE<br />
  5. 5. It is to understand and work with people.<br />So, they look with insight beyond the smiles or frowns-all the way to the heart.<br />An effective leader can read people the way others read newspaper.<br />UNDERSTAND PEOPLE<br />
  6. 6. Good communicators leave no doubt about the meaning of their message.<br />A GOOD COMMUNICATOR<br />
  7. 7. Always sees the day as sunny, never partly cloudy.<br />OPTIMISTIC<br />
  8. 8. A good leader is quickly to forgive and willing to ask forgiveness.<br />Don't need to be told when they're wrong<br />Peacemakers<br />“Don't have time to be bitter. I only have time to be better." <br />FORGIVING/FORGIVE QUICKLY <br />
  9. 9. They listen to the ideas of their associates.<br />Leaders learn because they listen.<br />LISTENS<br />
  10. 10. They see things that don't exist and bring them to life.<br />They don't just think outside the box. They live outside the box!<br />A good leader look at life through binoculars of possibility.<br />CREATIVE/OPENMINDED<br />
  11. 11. They're willing to move forward without regard to the personal cost.<br />They don't put off until tomorrow what they can decide today.<br />ENABLES GOOD DECISION <br />
  12. 12. Time as their most precious commodity.<br />They make its minutes and seconds slaves in order to accomplish their purpose because an effective leader lord over time.<br />A leader considers killing time to be a capital crime.<br />They relax, but not dally.<br />IS GENEROUS IN HER TIME/VALUE TIME<br />
  13. 13. Leaders don't draw attention to themselves.<br /> They express their appreciation for the contributions of others.<br />NOT SELFISH BETTER BE SELFLESSNESS (HEALTHY)<br />
