  3. 3. • A Lifeguard is a person who is responsible for overseeing the safety of the users of a body of water and it is environs such as a swimming pool. Lifeguards are qualified strong swimmers, trained and certified in water rescue, using a variety of aids and equipment depending on requirements of their particular venue, and first aid.
  4. 4. • There is a large of sports that involve water such as water polo and some of the sports include only one part related to swimming for example TRINTHLON. • And the sea is even a good way to have fun you can go and do scuba diving, surfing, water polo, sailing, fishing etc…..
  5. 5. Scuba Diving is where you can go under water for how long you want (but not too long) According to the purpose of the dive, a diver usually moves underwater by swim fins attached to his feet. And you have a tank on your back and that is where you can breathe from.
