  2. 2. Sewing -> is the craft of fastening or attaching objectsusing stitches made with a needle and thread. It is easierand more convenient if all the essential equipment areorderly arranged inside your cabinet. Although usually associated with clothing andhousehold linens, sewing is used in a variety of crafts andindustries, including shoemaking, upholstery, sail making,bookbinding and the manufacturing of some kinds ofsporting goods. Sewing is the fundamental processunderlying a variety of textile arts and crafts, includingembroidery, tapestry, quilting, appliqué and patchwork.
  3. 3. A sharp slender instrument formaking holes in cloth or a blunt needlewith a large eye for drawing tape orribbon through a loop or hem.
  4. 4. A dress form is used to give a three-dimensional view on the article of clothing thatis being sewed. When a piece of clothing ismade, it can be put on the dress form so onecan see how the piece of clothing will turn out.Then one can make alterations upon theclothing after seeing what it looks like on a body.
