Product Proposal:Content outline of documentary: Will be talking about what “Gluten free” is. Will be discussing who is affected by Gluten. (who has to be on a Gluten free diet) Will talk about what kind of effects people have when they eat Gluten? Some being moresevere than others. What people who are affected by Gluten are doing to try and counter the effects that Glutenhas on them. What are experts doing to try and cure this problem?Why you should invest in my production: This documentary topic is unique from most documentaries you find on TV these days. It is an informative documentary which people (affected by Gluten or know someone who is)will benefit from watching. From market research, I have found that there are barely any market competitors who havetouched the same topic for a documentary. This makes my documentary stand out in themarket from other market competitors.Target audience: My target audience is people who are affected by gluten. This is a large target audience dueto the fact that every one in ten people in the UK is diagnosed with coeliac (an illness whichhas effects on the person when they eat Gluten). That gives me a large target audience/market to reach out to with my documentary. I would aim for a younger aged audience (14- 18) year olds because in the documentary wewill be discussing how it can be difficult for young GF sufferers to eat Gluten free withfriends ect and how it can make them feel out casted in a way.
