How unconscious bias and stereotypes can damage the delivery of digital products. We briefly identify and dispell 5 UX myths that are seen over and over again in our work creating mobile, tablet and web based applications and services.

This 10 minute presentation was delivered at the Digital Finance Masterclass event in london on the 18/11/2014.
