The basic rules and principals of refereeing Atomic Touch (C) Wales Touch Association.
Atomic is a brand new version of Touch (rugby) that can be played indoors by males and females. It is a mixture of touch, netball and basketball which is ideal for introducing people to Touch and / or Rugby.
