  4. 4. Other IngredientsTwo sticks of unsalted butter4 large eggs1 cup of whole milk1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract

  6. 6. EquipmentLarge bowlSifterMixerWisk
  7. 7. Flour, Salt,and Baking PowderPlace a sifter over a large bowlSift together your flour, baking powder, and saltinto the bowlPlace over to the side
  8. 8. Butter and SugarPlace you butter(at room temperature) and sugarin a bowlMix the combination in your mixer on a lowspeedTurn up the speed to mediumMix on medium to it looks light and fluffy
  9. 9. EggsAdd in the eggs one at a timeTurn of the MixerScrape down all the batter off the sides
  10. 10. Milk and VanillaPlace the vanilla extract into the milkWisk it
  11. 11. Combining the mixturesTurn the mixer to its lowest speedPut in about 1/3 of the flour mixturePut in about 1/3 cup of milk mixtureRepeat steps 2 and 3 until you run out of flourmixture and milk mixture
  12. 12. MixingAfter adding all the ingredients turn off the mixerFinish mixing by hand
  13. 13. Preparing to BakePreheat the oven to 425 degreesLine the cupcake tin with cupcake wrappersScoop your batter into the wrappers with an icecream scoop
  14. 14. BakingPut cupcakes in the ovenIf you are are baking with two pans switch theshelves they are on half way throughBake for 20 MinutesCool and Ice for a delicious cupcake
