Conducted the Child Mapping and Child Finding Activity Underloaded Kinder Teachers - with morning sessions only Underloaded kindergarten teachers were required to report in nearby schools needing/lacking kinder teacher/s

FINDINGS/OBSERVATIONS ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE SDO TIMELINE Teachers were confused on the use of DLL and DLP EPSs extended Technical Assistance There were untrained teachers on K to 12 -PSDS identified untrained teachers in their respective districts -w/ ongoing mentoring of MTs to untrained teachers Some teachers handle SPED classes though not capacitated yet To be done - Orientation /Seminar in handling CSN.

FINDINGS/OBSERVATIONS ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE SDO TIMELINE Most TICs do not have teaching loads -SDS clarified that being a TIC is just an additional function -EPSs to check class/teacher’s program to ensure that TICs have teaching loads for validation during the monitoring of classes July 2017 Division ManCom Shortage/Excess teachers Submission of DREAT/SREAT was required to closely monitor equitable deployment of teachers Delayed deployment of substitute teachers as replacement for teachers who are on maternity leave Application for maternity leave shall be done one (1) month before the schedule of delivery
