  • Article 34 of the 1997 Higher Education Bill defines Virtual University Minnesota as a system to provide the uniform delivery of higher education administrative services and program offerings to students through the electronic medium of the InternetMinnesota Virtual University is a customer driven gateway to Minnesota higher education and opportunities for lifelong learning. MnVU is organized to facilitate, coordinate, and promote access, quality, partnerships, and greater efficiency in Minnesota higher education. Pachyderm Teacher Training Pilot Project<br />Pachyderm is an open source application that allows for the creation of web-based and multimedia learning experiences by educators with limited technical skills. Learning materials created with Pachyderm are optimized for web, CD-ROM or desktop delivery. <br />This project used resources from the Minnesota Digital Library&apos;s Minnesota Reflections database of more than 30,000 copies of the state&apos;s historical resources. <br />
