Harold Blanco is a professor at Marshall University and instructs future teacher on
instructional technology and computers. As I followed your tweets, I found a link that really
gave me some valuable information. The tweet is as follows:
As a new teacher, it will be very important for me to follow the guidelines given for social
media. I must keep myself above reproach and be aware of what I post on my accounts. I must
remember to keep private what should be private and that I am using the social media to engage
my students. The seven rules were very good and I feel this is something I need to remember and
use as I start my career. Thanks for posting this invaluable tool. I liked the fact that you posted
mostly resourceful information that we can use to incorporate the technology of today. I also
liked that you posted a few things about yourself so we can get to know you as a person. I didn’t
know you liked to ride your bike. It is obvious from your tweets that you enjoy what you do and
want to share that with others.
