  9. 9. How Do You Know When To End a Meal? <ul><li>Is it when you are full? </li></ul><ul><li>Is it when you have to unlatch your belt around your pants? </li></ul><ul><li>Is it when the food is gone? </li></ul><ul><li>Are you a member of the clean-plate club? </li></ul>

Secret #3: Naturally Thin People Eat Up to Satisfaction (They say Full). <ul><li>They eat when the hunger is no longer present in their bodies. </li></ul><ul><li>They eat up to a feeling of nothingness, just like when you are done using the bathroom. It’s the SAME feeling. </li></ul><ul><li>Babies and small children are perfect examples of this. </li></ul>

  15. 15. Emotional Eating Strategy #1: Timer <ul><li>Set a timer for 30 minutes. </li></ul><ul><li>Give yourself permission to eat after the timer goes off. </li></ul>
  16. 16. Emotional Eating Strategy#2: Free Writing <ul><li>Start writing feelings, thoughts, or anything else freely. </li></ul><ul><li>Let your pen write without judgment to get to the bottom of what you are really wanting. </li></ul>

Why Thin From Within???? <ul><li>Sticking to something 24/7 </li></ul><ul><li>Living THIN FROM WITHIN allows 100% freedom from deprivation. </li></ul><ul><li>A lifestyle change-something that you can live with for the rest of your life. </li></ul><ul><li>Not dieting for me is something I can live with for the rest of my life. </li></ul><ul><li>It has to be very important for you to live a transformed and thin life. </li></ul>
  18. 18. Keeping the Weight Off <ul><li>You don’t have to worry about keeping the weight off. </li></ul><ul><li>Do Naturally Thin people worry? </li></ul><ul><li>Once you learn how to think, act, and live thin, you will keep your weight off through a beautiful and natural process. </li></ul>

What About Exercise? <ul><li>You don’t have to exercise to be thin. </li></ul><ul><li>5 minutes = eat 500 calories 2 hours = burn 500 calories </li></ul><ul><li>When you feel better about your appearance, when you’re losing weight, I find people want to look and feel even better so that’s when exercise comes into play. </li></ul><ul><li>I tried to find one reason why I shouldn’t exercise, there isn’t one. </li></ul><ul><li>Naturally thin people exercise in a way where it’s fun and exciting…not a chore . </li></ul>
