A British father, a passion for football and a one-way ticket to Edinburgh explain a lot about why Tom Britton is in Cambridge and not Manhattan Beach California.

After a few years in the lower leagues in Scotland, the fortune of stumbling upon a job working at TheTrainline set me down a software path that crescendoed with launching the first train ticketing app in Europe, obtaining a Cambridge MBA, getting married, co-founding SyndicateRoom and now being a proud father of one.
