Leading a company through growth is a thrill, but your biggest lessons will come from managing through the tough times.

Tim will share some extraordinary lessons he’s learned as an entrepreneur and executive founding, building, leading and scaling enterprise SaaS companies. One was acquired by Salesforce where (despite no marketing qualifications) he ended up running EMEA Marketing during the birth of the cloud computing market; Another built significant partnerships with some of the world’s biggest tech companies to get from zero to $25m ARR in 2 years. He’s had his fair share of success but the biggest lessons have come from leading through hard times.
