How does the PMP work? <ul><li>Papers are selected by you. </li></ul><ul><li>Contract paper prices agreed between you and Antalis. </li></ul><ul><li>All approved printers are requested to specify and to use the chosen papers for all of your printing requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Contracted paper is then delivered to your approved printers by Antalis. </li></ul><ul><li>Contract paper is invoiced either directly to you, your print manager and/or to the approved printers at the agreed contract prices on an order by order basis or monthly consolidated invoice. </li></ul>

Our Experience <ul><li>Antalis has extensive experience in implementing and managing Paper Management Programmes for many large public and private sector organisations. </li></ul><ul><li>We have experience across a number of market segments including, financial services – banking and insurance; automotive, retail, charities, pharmaceutical, print management (FM) and telecoms. </li></ul><ul><li>The smallest contract we manage is approximately 150 tonnes of paper per annum; the largest is approximately 20,000 tonnes. Therefore we believe that we have the expertise to manage complex contracts and to work with you to ensure a successful implementation. </li></ul>

Case Study <ul><li>Antalis were awarded a contract in November 2003 for the pan European supply of papers for marketing print, including the UK. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily papers orders are placed by and delivered to printers for the client. (up to 200 orders per month via 12 printers) </li></ul><ul><li>Antalis has worked alongside our client to deliver cost and service benefits with agreed contract paper prices and service levels. </li></ul><ul><li>Management information is provided to the client on a monthly and quarterly basis in order to monitor contract compliance by the printers. </li></ul><ul><li>We have a shared co-ordination role between the client, their agencies/designers and contract printers. </li></ul>
