A Role at Aon means real progression  Roles are all part of the Insurance and risk management teams at Aon  The Aon Apprenticeship role is focused on client service administration.  Start as a permanent member of the business in roles supporting client management teams or broking teams. Your future role at Aon could develop into an advisor, broker or a technician capacity. Insurance and risk management team  Aon’s insurance and risk management team helps organisations to identify the risks they face and ensures they are provided with the best possible cover for their needs, so that in the event of major catastrophes, they can keep going and people can get on with their lives.  Early responsibility is a way of life at Aon. You’ll very quickly become a technical specialist, helping clients and supporting our account managers to deliver market- leading products far sooner than you would in many other organisations.

Training and development We were very proud to be shortlisted in the ‘Development Programme of the Year – Broker’ category for our Early Careers Programme which includes the Apprenticeship Programme. Work towards a government recognised level 4 Apprenticeship Study professional qualifications fully funded – Chartered Insurance Institute 18 month development programme including mentoring and business skills training Be involved in Aon’s charity projects across the UK Our training programme will fully equip you to make an immediate impact on our business, helping you to build your business knowledge, develop professional skills and grow effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
