Modem (Modulator/Demodulator) - device that transmits analog signal and receives data in digital signal through telephone lines. 3. Telephone Lines / Cable Lines – used to transmit signal from one computer to another with the help of modem. 4. Internet Service Provider (ISP) – a company provides connection to the Internet E.g.: Compass, Pacific Internet, I-Manila, Bonanza, Blast, and others. 5.
