  3. 3. GRAIN GROUP <ul><li>This group includes: </li></ul><ul><li>Breads </li></ul><ul><li>Cereals </li></ul><ul><li>Rice </li></ul><ul><li>Pasta </li></ul><ul><li>Tortillas, crackers, pancakes </li></ul>
  4. 4. FRUIT GROUP <ul><li>This group includes: </li></ul><ul><li>Fresh fruits </li></ul><ul><li>100% fruit juices </li></ul><ul><li>Dried fruit </li></ul><ul><li>Frozen fruit </li></ul><ul><li>Canned fruits </li></ul>
