Why are we cycling for Autism Ryan Ayres Personally passionate about autism I have real world insight This is 2009/10’s new club activity – and its different to current activity Cycling is a universal hobby, pass time and way to keep fit AND its green Real team event – train together, set goals, raise money together – Share the pain Raise money – 10,000 in year one

Ryan Ayres 1 day event event - late April early May TBC Establish as an annual Project team in place 15 confirmed riders – 10 from the club Weekly training meets – starts soon….. Set your own challenge – 25 miles – 50 miles – 75 miles - 100 miles Building support through sponsorship Enlisting cyclists – 40 plus riders Sponsoring cylists - Each to raise $300 Marketing – dedicated site, email links – event club/logo, tee shirts, recognition awards, next year sign up Event support - online sponsorship form, training plans, Marshaled course , after party

Goals Create an annual new fund raising event Raise 10,000 in year one Increase funds raised by 50% each year, to 50K in year 5 Achieve 35 riders in year one – 16 from the club Have 2 new members working on this initiative in year one Get 2 local sponsors for year one Find 3 new members Have fun and drive participation through out the club
