  5. 5. 3. Listen to your body. Eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and after a while, take you to unhealthy weight gain.

  7. 7. 5. And have fun healthy in bodyand mind.
  8. 8. Think positive. The game and sport next toa balanced diet, the pillars of ahealthy life.
