Knowing Clevedon by Lorena (a 1st ESO student)

  2. 2. Clevedon Coast <ul><li>The coast is very pretty. When it’s windy the waves are huge. It's nice to see everything. </li></ul><ul><li>The coast is surrounded by old  </li></ul><ul><li>houses. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Climate . <ul><li>Along with the rest of  South West England , Clevedon has a temperate climate which is generally wetter and milder than the rest of the country. </li></ul><ul><li>The annual mean temperature is approximately 10  °C . </li></ul>. [
  4. 4. Climate . <ul><li>The summer months of July and August are the warmest with mean daily maxima of approximately 21 °C. </li></ul><ul><li>In winter mean minimum temperatures of 1°C or 2°C are common. </li></ul>.
  5. 5. Port of Clevedon. <ul><li>Clevedon port is very nice as you can see in the picture. </li></ul><ul><li>It has a gazebo which is very nice and we can see the entire coast of Clevedon from it. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Clevedon School <ul><li>Clevedon School is a Decile 10, U5 Full Primary School. </li></ul><ul><li>The school is situated in an attractive country setting 15 km from Manukau City. </li></ul><ul><li>The school has a long history of over 150 years. </li></ul>
