  • Talent Communities. We don’t have time for stats or case studies. We don’t have time to parry around with definitions or semantics. We DO have time to discuss how communities work, why they work and what you can do starting tomorrow.
  • It’s kind of important to remember in a talent community, you are not the boss of these humans YET or ever, really. The center or touchstone depends on the community. You must keep a finger on that pulse and follow that. Because it changes often. Sometimes daily.
