  9. 9. MY OPPION <ul><li>Federal guidelines are not appropriate for crack cocaine, there needs to be more of a punishment for drug trafficking. </li></ul><ul><li>i would make the sentencing not a guideline but a requirement of at least 20 years for both powder Cocaine and solid Cocaine </li></ul>
