2. Sobha The Great Monsoon Wedding
CHALLENGE
Sobha Developers Ltd., one of the largest real estate player in India, wants to create a unique event to promote
brand Sobha in Bangalore market.
ACTION
Since the event was planned to take place in the monsoon month of August, and wedding season was about to
start, hence the Marconix’s think tank decided to bring the glory and joy of monsoon and wedding together,
and created a highly effective event in the name and fashion of “The Great Monsoon Wedding”. The theme for
the event was pre and post wedding planning.
6 days massive BTL marketing activity was created to promote the brand Sobha as well as the event. We had
targeted all the major corporate and high end residential apartment in Bangalore.
A fully branded and uniquely deigned planner marked with all wedding dates in August & September was
placed on all workstations in all major corporate, a large displays was placed in corporate campuses as well as
cafeteria for publicity.
A nicely deigned event hang bag with a small wedding check list book along with event invitation and sobha
project brochure was distributed door to door in all the major residential apartments. A large size standees was
placed in the apartments entrance and exit gates, to insure maximum visibility.
The event was largely promoted on online social medias also.
The event was conducted at awarded landmark Sobha Forest View on off kanakapura road, Bangalore on 4th &
5th August 2012.
OUT COME
The marketing campaign bring a massive response from the market, and the event witnessed a huge footfall of
Sobha existing as well as prospective clients and buyers.
