About
PhD student in sensor networks (seismic and other sensors) and earthquake early warning systems. R&D management and coordination for more than 15 years. Contributor to NATO groups (SAS-065, SAS-085, SAS-104) addressing C2 Maturity and C2 Agility. I believe that technology will ultimatelly become part of the individual itself - I believe that it will provide the next evolutionary step: the knowledge age - cognitive and social.
