Integration Success 297 Problem • When an opportunity was closed in Salesforce sales order info needed to be manually keyed into MS Dynamics NAV • Time consuming manual process, and introduction of human error in the process Solution Mansa Systems integrated Salesforce with MS Dynamics Navision using Informatica Cloud. Nimble Storage now has a bi-directional sync between Salesforce and Navision allowing a complete data view in both systems and giving 200+ reps access to data in the ERP.
