Objective of Project  Analysis of Waiters from Motivation perspective  To focus on the Management and Waiter interaction in such organization.  Incentives as provided to and perceived by Waiters/cooks/captians  To present a comparative study on the life of the waiter in Lucky restaurant and McDonald’s  Selection criteria for Waiters/cooks/captians in Lucky restaurant and McDonald’s
  3. 3. Objective of Project  To focus on the following main HRM aspects Selection and Recruitment Learning and Development Performance Appraisal Compensation Management

Methodology  Interaction with Waiters/Owner  Interaction with Ms Rashmi Saxena who works in designing of questionnaire for hospitality industry in Hazel Info Tech Ltd.  Stem and Probe interviews  Needs Priority Exercise to understand motivation  Visiting Lucky restaurant and McDonald’s at Z –square mall  Interview with HR Manager at Mc Donald Delhi Regional office to understand their process of hiring and compensation.

Current Progress  Visit to Lucky restaurant and McDonald’s at Z –square mall to understand living and work conditions  Interaction with Owner at the Lucky restaurant to understand allocation of work to Waiters/cooks/captians  Understanding training process of the waiters before putting them on the job  Interaction with the HR at McDonald’s  Analysis of work methods  Studied the HRM aspects of Selection and Recruitment Learning and Development
