  2. 2. <ul><li>This contest is open to all schools of all levels around the world . </li></ul>
  3. 3. The judging will be done in two categories : a. Each school is required to pay the entrance fee. b. K-12: $200 c. University: $500 d. Because of their size,universities will have the opportunity to win more panels.
  4. 4. <ul><li>School teams are required to have at least two students but may include faculty and/ or staff. </li></ul><ul><li>There is no limit on the number of participants . </li></ul>
  5. 5. Each school must have a sponsor (either corporate or collegiate) that will help install the panels. Also each school must provide contact information for their sponsor.
  6. 6. Each school should answer the following questions: a. Where specifically do you plan to install the panels you would win? Examples: a specific building, on all the street lights, stadium etc.. b. What size panels and how many will this require?
  7. 7. Each school should answer the following questions: c. How much energy do you calculate saving with the panels? Provide current and projected rates with the panels implemented. d. How will the panels make a difference environmentally in your community?
  8. 8. <ul><li>The winners are required to provide: </li></ul><ul><li>a. proof that the cells have been installed within one month of receiving them. </li></ul><ul><li>b. data on energy saved one year from the installation of the cells. </li></ul>
