3. Staff Transport
WTT started the corporate staff travel operation from 2015 with one company by
supplying two vehicles and now is operating with over 100 vehicles in about 3
companies, commuting over 800 employees daily, operating 24 /7.
We provide vehicles with different seating capacities and different category of vehicles
like,Etios,Swift Dizre,Verito,Ritz,Liva, Indica, Sumo, Innova, Winger, Tempo Traveller,
maxi cab Mini Bus and large buses of various seating capacities from 4 to 22 seats - both
in air conditioned and non air conditioned version.
4. WTT will be placing supervisors at each location. Depending on no of vehicles and
number of shifts - supervisors, shift in charge and site supervisors will co-ordinate the
day to day operation.
The group in charge will monitor 3 to 4 companies and will be visiting each company
frequently. The entire operation of all the companies is monitored by Asst. Manager and
Manager – corporate Travel, who also visit the companies at regular intervals
All drivers who have good experience is thoroughly screened and inducted to the
company, after due verification of the documents and proper driving and behavior road
test.
All attached vehicles would be inducted to WTT fleet, after thorough check of the
driver, vehicle condition and proper documentation. MIS data is maintained at our
office, captured and entered on daily basis.

Making sure that proper security is provided for female employees during late night transportation
Making sure that proper communication is maintained between the management and
transportation department
Arranging transportation for extra activities such as team outings, etc.
