  • @ChongSanchez: Hello po. Thank you very much for your message.

eSkwela was turned over to DepEd last June 2011 for regular operations and sustained expansion. Each region is supposed to have a Regional eSkwela team that interested parties can contact. For CARAGA, you might want to contact Ms. Marilyn Antiquina of DepEd RD Butuan City, the assigned Regional eSkwela Coordinator (085-3428207, 085-3425969).

You may also wish to check out the two eSkwela Centers in Caraga - 1) at Navarro Memorial Elementary School Surigao City, District VIII (contact: Hermiette Lerog via hermiette_17@yahoo.com) and 2) at Bislig Community Learning Center, Bislig City Division, Bislig City (contact: Marcela T. Masancay via ellamasancay@yahoo.com).

You can also check out these pages for more information on Center requirements: http://alseskwela.ning.com/page/site-inquiries and http://alseskwela.ning.com/page/frequently-asked-questions

Good luck!! We hope to see more eSkwela Centers in CARAGA. :)

    Former eSkwela Project Manager,
    Mel

  • what are the requirements to apply or to have an ESkwela center in our place? since the internet is available now in our area and there are so many out of school youth and Drop out, who are always in the net cafe. I think the E skwela program is a great help to them, if it is being install in our localities. Im from Municipility of San Francisco, Province of agusan del Sur, Caraga Region.
