My skills are derived from my strong background in establishing and supporting processes, working with people, and possessing a practical approach to solving problems and developing business. Professional Experience  Associate Professor, Administrative Staff College of India, August 2013 onwards - As an instructor I have conducted programs on sales management, strategic marketing, customer relationship management, service excellence, digital marketing, business communications, train-the-trainer programs and general management programs. Research is being conducted in Warangal, on WASH in schools to identify the processes and factors that help in better adoption of sanitation and hygiene practices. - I have been Phd Examiner for ICFAI Business School, a PhD guide for JNTU, Kakinada and PhD Eternal guide with AIMA. - As a social marketer, I have launched Solutions for Inclusive Markets (SolIM), an initiative by ASCI to provide a platform for dialogue, formulation and implementation of sustainable programs to advance inclusive markets. Several other activities are being planned to develop this area.  Associate Professor, IMT Hyderabad, May 2013 onwards Associate Professor (Adjunct), IMT Hyderabad, July 2012 – April 2013) - Teaching role (Business Communications, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Product Management)  Associate Professor, IMT Hyderabad, July 2011- June 2012 - As a member of the curriculum development team, I have suggested and implemented innovative programs such as Management and Business Orientation Programs which brought much value to the students and organization. I have successfully implemented industry linkage initiatives by bringing business leaders and senior professionals in the industry to the campus to interact with the students and faculty. - As the head of Image and Brand Building initiatives, I have single handedly developed and executed different initiatives related to social media marketing, public relations, website design, printed promotional material and so on. - As member of the Joint Admissions Committee of the IMT group of institutions, I have actively participated in formulating the policies related to admissions marketing and admissions procedure. - As head of admissions marketing at IMT Hyderabad I have organized events in the institute for prospective students, arranged for faculty members to visit colleges to addresses prospective students, and established contact with more than 400 college principals and deans. I developed and delivered training to content writers; participated in website design; and proposed the format and strategy for the newsletter.

I headed a team of product developers and quality assurance staff to establish processes for streamlining product review. I also developed the processes for collecting feedback and closing the loop. - February 2010 – April 2011 “Online Education- Program Design and Quality” for Triburg Centre for Learning established by Triburg, India’s leading apparel sourcing company headquartered at New Delhi. I headed a team of four people and developed a one year foundation program on Garment Merchandising and Manufacturing to be delivered in both ‘on line’ as well as ‘on campus’ mode. The development included content for students, teaching notes for instructors, compilation of resources, preparation of assessments and evaluation schemes, development of online tutorials and so on. The program is currently in second offering.  Advisory Role in the Area of Hospitality: - July 1997- till date As the wife of an entrepreneur, I have knowledge and hands on experience in aspects related to starting and running restaurants and service apartments. Employee management, purchasing, housekeeping, marketing, customer relations, feasibility plans, market assessment, quality assurance are some of the areas that I have been contributing to the various ventures started. The ventures are: Bamboo Hut, a theme based restaurant near Gandipet (1997 – 2005), Black Pepper, an Andhra Cuisine specialty restaurant at Banjara Hills (2005-2007), Olive Hospitality Services, a service apartment project (2007-2009), Colors n Flavors, a project comprising three restaurants and services apartments at Durgam Cheruvu (2009 onwards) Academic Qualification  PhD, Icfai University 2006- 2009. Dissertation Title: Design and Development of Rubrics for Assessment and Enhancement of Student Learning In Higher Education Professional Programs in India. My PhD was in the area of assessment and enhancement of student learning. Developing and implementing structured feedback and counseling processes was part of my PhD study. The effect of feedback on cognitive and affective learning outcomes was the focus. The topic is related to Service Quality, a subtopic of Services Marketing.  Management Teacher Program, Icfai Institute of Management Teachers, ICFAI University, 2003-06.
