  2. 2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW<br />North Lincoln Community Fitness Program knows that proper diet and exercise is the only way to gain muscles and/or loose fat. The key to transforming a skinny, overweight or average body is proper diet/exercise technique. This fitness program will provide competent, well-trained fitness instructors and a licensed Dietitian that will help you to achieve a healthy fitness goal. <br />This is a free community workout program for adults of all ages.<br />
