Go to http://www.sciencegeek.net/VirtualLabs/BoylesLaw.html 2. Select "Air" as the gas to be tested. 3. Drag the piston as close to the 7.5 mL mark as you can get, and then release it. It will return to its original position, and the pressure (in psi, or pounds per square inch) will be recorded in the data table to the lower right. Record each of these pairs of values in your data tables on your lab paper. 4. Repeat this process for volumes of 10 mL, 12.5 mL, 15 mL, 17.5 mL, 20 mL, 22.5 mL, 25 mL, 27.5 mL, and 30.0 mL. In each case, you need not get exactly the right volume, but you must record exactly what the program records for the volume in the data table. 5. When done, repeat steps 2 - 4 for each of the other three gases: Oxygen, Hydrogen and Helium.
