  • Do I think companies should really engage in social media? Social media provides endless opportunities for companies as long as they choose where, when and how to get involved wisely. The value outlined in this presentation is gaining something previously unattainable whether it be extended reach, useful insights, influential advocates or a more economical, effective way to execute a campaign.
