The Gasol brothers are Pau and Marc Gasol. They grew up in Barcelona playing basketball despite their father wanting them to pursue medicine. Pau Gasol started playing professionally at 16 for Barcelona and was drafted by the Lakers, becoming an 8-time NBA All-Star and 2-time NBA champion. Marc Gasol also began his career in Barcelona and was later drafted by the Grizzlies, earning 6 All-Star selections and the title of Best Defender of the season once.
