Rotary bulletin

  2. 2. Under ‘Admin’ tab (should be default)
  3. 3. Under ‘Website Manager’ – click ‘Edit Stories’
  4. 4. Click on ‘edit’ for previous week’s program
  5. 5. Next to ‘Home Page’ click ‘No’This takes the post off of the home page Then click ‘update’
  6. 6. Click ‘Add New Story’
  7. 7. Do write up for next week’s event.I usually put a brief synopsis in the ‘brief’ area and put a CV in the content if available.On the website front page, readers only see the brief.
  8. 8. To add picture, click ‘choose file’ – Kim E. will usually send or I pull something off of GoogleChange person in charge of event (for programs usually Bob Fuller)For bulletin click ‘no’ – otherwise there will be duplicate content in bulletinClick ‘Save’
  9. 9. Click ‘all stories’ – this will show you all stories not on the website
  10. 10. Scroll down to the only file to show ‘Yes’ under ‘Bulletin’Click ‘edit’
  11. 11. Sorry about this, but you have to go into the HTML at this point. ClubRunner dorks up theformatting otherwiseClick HTMLFind last week’s program text and link – change the text to this week’s program
  12. 12. Go to the main page and right click on the link for this week’s program.Choose “copy link address”
  13. 13. Paste the web address over the previous weeks in your HTML document.Click ‘Update’
  14. 14. Under the ‘Communications’ Tab go to ‘Dynamic Bulletin’
  15. 15. Click ‘Send Bulletin’
  16. 16. Click ‘Send’
  17. 17. And you’re done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!
